Can I change my shipping address after submitting my order?We cannot accept changes or cancellations after 24 hours of placing your order. We typically process an order within 1-5 business days so if you make a mistake in entering the address or have a change, contact us ASAP. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Where do you ship?Please read the information included in each of our adoptable’s bios. Shipping may be limited on certain plant orders due to size and time of year. We will do our best to accommodate your request but, in the end, we have to do what is best for the plant to arrive healthy and happy. We are always willing to hold for local pick up.

What service do you use to ship?We ship all plants USPS priority or better. Our preference is USPS Priority. We do not ship internationally at this time.

When will my order ship?Our processing time is 1-5 business days (depending on order size) and we ship orders out Monday through Thursday only. We do not ship on holidays. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once the orders leave our facility. We provide tracking information with each order but the delivery time is in the hands of the carrier once it leaves our shop.

How much does shipping cost?Shipping costs will vary depending on packing size, materials and weight. Typically it averages between $10-$15 per order. Want FREE shipping? All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Some exclusions apply as not all items in our shop offer a shipping option.

Can I ship to multiple addresses within the same order?An order can only be shipped to one address. If you have multiple delivery addresses, then you would have to place a separate order for each address.

My shipment says delivered but it’s not here. What should I do?If your order status shows as "Delivered," be patient. Sometimes the carrier will provide a delivery notification and status before it actually reaches your door. Please first check with the carrier and delivery notice. If has been more than 24 hours and still not received, contact us at bulbsdeepinc@gmail.com. We will assist you in any way we can.

Do you accept returns?We do not accept returns for plant orders. We take pride in shipping plants that are healthy and thriving at time of packaging.

What should I do if my plant looks wilted or sad?It is just probably a little dehydrated or just overly excited to join your new family. It may need a drink of water or some time to acclimate to its new home. If you do give it a drink, best to go slow and add a little bit over time to avoid over watering. It should perk up within 24 hours. If it doesn’t, let us know and we will help guide you.
